About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support change management strategy and execution for the Allstate Agency channel
Participate in program management, editorial work, and strategic design
Plan and implement strategies for programs and processes supporting business objectives
Provide strategic planning, consulting, project management, and subject-matter expertise for focused initiatives
Develop effective relationships with cross-functional leadership
Analyze statistical data related to programs, projects, and processes and recommend action alternatives
Develop communication strategies and materials for new plans, programs, or processes
Identify opportunities and implement automated processes to improve efficiency
Support continuous improvements to processes and programs
Present business cases and influence recommended actions
Develop and design new plans, programs, and processes
Remove barriers to cooperative efforts across functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
3 or more years of program management (Preferred)
Writing experience (Preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements
Background investigation required
Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
