Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Direct claim ownership experience, including complex liability and coverage investigations, property damage claims, and casualty claims
  • Strong understanding of claims quality standards, auditing practices, and industry best practices
  • Coaching and developing others; previous leadership or mentoring experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Consultative approach and commitment to operational excellence
  • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment
  • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team
  • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas
  • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
  • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
