Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications across the technology stack
Build modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using React and modern UI frameworks
Develop secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Participate in application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
Develop and support Matter Management, Legal Operations, and Document Management solutions
Build integrations between legal platforms, claims systems, document repositories, and enterprise applications
Implement workflow-driven solutions supporting legal intake, matter lifecycle management, document processing, and regulatory compliance
Support litigation, claims management, legal reporting, and operational processes through technology solutions
Design and develop cloud-native microservices and scalable APIs
Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent messaging platforms
Implement authentication, authorization, and security controls
Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and availability
Develop responsive interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and microservices
Create reusable UI components and implement modern design patterns
Improve usability, accessibility, and user experience
Design and support solutions using MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, and document-based databases
Develop and maintain relational and NoSQL data models
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation
Support cloud-native application deployment and operations in Azure and AWS environments
Work with Docker and Kubernetes containerized applications
Support monitoring, alerting, logging, observability, incident management, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
Experience designing and developing enterprise applications and integrations
Strong experience with React, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies, APIs, and event-driven architectures
Experience with distributed messaging platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus
Strong understanding of cloud-native application development principles
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB)
Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and application security
Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
Experience building and supporting cloud-native, containerized applications
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and similar automation platforms
Experience supporting production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational excellence practices
Background investigation required
