Develop standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting, and data analytics
Make business insights accessible to non-technical audiences
Provide technical expertise
Compile, clean, organize, and analyze moderately complex data to understand business results
Monitor and evaluate business initiatives against key performance indicators
Communicate results and recommendations to management
Communicate and present project information to the team

Establish, modify, document, and communicate standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data quality, data reporting, and data analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in different programming languages such as SQL
Experience working in Microsoft Fabric
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
General insurance knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Big Data
2 years of data and analytics experience
Must submit to a background investigation
