About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, enhance, and support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance platform capabilities
- Partner with business and technology teams through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Build and maintain workflows, assessments, questionnaires, forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Deliver solutions supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, audit programs, and third-party risk oversight
- Investigate and resolve platform issues with vendors and implementation partners
- Support platform upgrades, feature releases, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between the Fusion platform and enterprise applications
- Build integration services connecting GRC solutions with finance, HR, procurement, data, analytics, identity management, and service management systems
- Support data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and business partners
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and development plans
- Support user testing, solution adoption, and production deployments
- Provide production support and resolve application and integration issues
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability; identify optimization and automation opportunities
- Support release planning, deployment, and change management
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational best practices
- Apply secure software development practices and align solutions with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements
- Implement monitoring, logging, and access controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management, operational risk management, compliance management, audit management, internal controls, policy management, third-party risk management, and business continuity
- Experience configuring workflows, assessments, questionnaires, forms, dashboards, reports, user security, and business rules
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions supporting risk and compliance programs
- Experience troubleshooting platform issues and driving enhancements
- Seven or more years of software development experience preferred
- Two or more years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform
- Experience delivering enterprise platform implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience collaborating with business and technology teams
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in complex enterprise environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Background investigation required
- Generally, no employment-based visa sponsorship
