Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications across the technology stack
Build modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using React and modern UI frameworks
Develop secure, high-performing backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Participate in application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
Develop and support Matter Management, Legal Operations, and Document Management solutions
Build integrations between legal platforms, claims systems, document repositories, and enterprise applications
Implement workflow-driven solutions supporting legal intake, matter lifecycle management, document processing, and regulatory compliance
Design and develop cloud-native microservices and scalable APIs
Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent messaging platforms
Implement authentication, authorization, and security controls
Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and availability
Develop responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Design and support solutions using MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, and document-based databases
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation
Support cloud-native application deployment and operations in Azure and AWS
Work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Support monitoring, alerting, logging, observability, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support testing, releases, upgrades, post-production activities, peer code reviews, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
2-5 years of full stack development experience
Experience designing and developing enterprise applications and integrations
Experience with distributed messaging platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus
Strong understanding of cloud-native application development principles
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB)
Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and application security
Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
Experience building and supporting cloud-native, containerized applications
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and similar automation platforms
Experience supporting production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational excellence practices
Experience building enterprise-scale software solutions and integrations
Experience working in Agile software development environments
Background investigation required
