About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect and design digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems
  • Apply scientific and technological knowledge, methods, and experience to software design, implementation, testing, and documentation
  • Own and manage applications in production and be accountable for digital product success through achieving KPIs
  • Develop and provide production support for GuideWire Claim Center and Contact Manager products
  • Participate in inceptions and iteration planning meetings, providing technical input to backlogs in partnership with the product manager
  • Collaborate on strategy alignment across product portfolios with product managers, peers, and stakeholders
  • Serve as an expert in business domains and advocate for multiple technology stacks
  • Share technical knowledge across organizations
  • Lead and participate in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups
  • Lead and participate in retrospectives and encourage empathetic feedback
  • Provide support for software products in user environments
  • Coach the team and lead paired programming and test-driven development practices
  • Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8 to 10 Years of experience
  • Guidewire Developer Training and Certification at Ace Level is required
  • GuideWire Claim Center skill is essential
  • Software development skills
  • Experience with modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems
  • Experience with design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software
  • Experience providing production support for GuideWire Claim Center and Contact Manager products
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
