About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive development of Allstate Technology Solution (ATS) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with enterprise strategy, business priorities, and technology priorities
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Drive day-to-day operational execution across ATS domains
Connect cross-functional leaders and teams to coordinate key activities and maintain alignment with business priorities
Proactively address operational issues and dependencies
Support OKR reporting and decision-making with senior leadership
Surface key wins, progress toward strategic priorities, and issues or gaps
Mature the ATS operating model
Feed operational execution insights into strategic planning and goal setting
Drive innovative approaches to defining, executing, and reporting progress toward strategic priorities
Travel to the Chicagoland office at least once per quarter for team meetings, collaboration, and business-related activities may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Background investigation required
Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating when working from home
Generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
