About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support supplier relationship management, operationalize supplier processes, and monitor supplier data across Allstate and National General
- Serve as a liaison between supplier partners and internal business teams
- Evaluate supplier solutions and recommend value-added, cost-effective strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain collaborative supplier relationships to drive engagement and performance
- Facilitate problem-solving and information sharing between business units and supplier partners
- Analyze supplier data, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas
- Develop, execute, and assess supplier product testing and evaluation initiatives
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement teams to maximize supplier contracts, data, and services
- Advance analytics capabilities and increase supplier data transparency
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related technologies
- Monitor supplier performance and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
- Translate analytical findings into business strategies supporting profitable growth and market share expansion
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and compellingly
- Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and innovative solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in supplier management, business consulting, analytics, procurement, insurance, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Required to submit to a background investigation
- Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
- Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating
