About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of project and program management professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support
Oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs and projects driving strategic business priorities and enterprise transformation
Partner with senior leaders to define program strategy, prioritize initiatives, and provide actionable recommendations
Lead large-scale technology implementation efforts, including AI-enabled solutions, driving adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness
Establish and enhance program governance, reporting, risk management, and project management best practices
Drive business process redesign and operational improvement initiatives
Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, dashboards, and presentations translating complex information into business insights
Build partnerships across business, technology, operations, and change management teams to execute organizational priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of project, program, portfolio, business transformation, or related experience
5+ years of direct people leadership experience, including coaching and developing direct reports
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Experience managing complex projects from initiation through implementation
Willingness and ability to travel periodically for team offsites, leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and other business-related events as needed
Background investigation required
