About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and identify potential freight agents and agency owners
- Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective agents
- Use LinkedIn, industry networks, social media, research tools, referrals, and creative sourcing methods to uncover opportunities
- Reach out to prospective candidates and start conversations
- Speak with candidates to understand their business, goals, experience, and interest
- Learn and communicate the Resolve Agent Program and its differentiators
- Build relationships with candidates who may not be ready to move immediately
- Create informed handoffs to Agent Advisors
- Maintain consistent follow-up and accurately manage candidates throughout the sourcing funnel
- Stay active on LinkedIn and relevant platforms
- Create content highlighting Resolve's people, culture, Agent Program, opportunities, and growth
- Engage with the freight community and create conversations around the Resolve brand
- Develop campaigns, ideas, events, content, referral strategies, and other methods to generate agent interest
- Work with Agent Advisors and leadership to improve attraction and engagement of potential agents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Comfortable making calls, sending messages, and following up consistently
- Naturally curious and willing to learn
- Creative and willing to try new approaches
- Comfortable being visible and active on LinkedIn and social media
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized enough to manage a large number of relationships and opportunities at different stages
- Persistent without being pushy
- Comfortable representing Resolve publicly and professionally
- Ambitious and motivated by goals
- Willingness to connect with people and learn the freight industry and Resolve Agent Program
- Previous freight, recruiting, sourcing, sales, business development, marketing, or social media experience is a plus but not required
- Open to recent college graduates and early-career candidates
