About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run multi-phase implementation projects covering Solution Design, Development, Test, and BAU transition
Collaborate with internal Product and Professional Services BA resources and client Business, Tech, and Change teams
Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementations
Manage project initiation through close, including planning, risks, issues, dependencies, testing, budgets, and change management
Undertake BA or data analysis work when not handled by the project Technical BA
Manage internal and client-facing status reporting and provide regular updates
Produce high-quality project deliverables and PowerPoint presentation decks
Maintain commercial awareness and escalate matters to the Head of Professional Services as needed
Work across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid projects
Chair project stand-up and steering committee meetings, including preparing materials and tracking actions
Manage scope and the Change Request process
Manage client stakeholders and expectations regarding project delivery, client deliverables, and internal change
Support implementation planning or estimation
Help streamline, simplify, and standardize the implementation process
Manage internal projects or RFP processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of project management in FinTech or consultancy related roles
Ability to grasp new business data domains quickly
Excellent communication skills towards project stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Experience in handling challenging conversations with clients
Broad knowledge of the asset management industry and key business functions is desired
Formal Project Management training (PMP, Prince2 Agile, etc.) is desired
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex business or technical issues with key stakeholders
Excellence in client interaction
Track record of bringing innovation within implementation projects
Ability to bridge technical and business requirements
