About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Increase the center’s inside sales
  • Support the Account Executive as needed
  • Draw in new customers and contacts
  • Maintain center accounts and expand penetration into existing accounts
  • Create a positive client experience
  • Maintain knowledge of AlphaGraphics products, services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing
  • Consult with customers, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions
  • Review proofs and manage the proofing process
  • Notify customers when jobs are ready for pickup
  • Create timely, accurate, and professionally presented job estimates
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain pricing strategies and customer billing procedures
  • Update the mailing list database
  • Assist sales representative functions and inside production when requested
  • Follow up on and manage inbound leads
  • Follow up on targeted direct mail or local Shop mailings
  • Keep customers informed about job progress through production
  • Manage customer communications and respond to inquiries promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Account Management experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plus
  • Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes
  • Professional and respectful customer communications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Professional appearance and decorum
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively
