About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead on-site setup and operational launch of new Print and Shipping Centers
  • Prepare locations for opening through equipment setup, system configuration, inventory stocking, merchandising, and workflow layout
  • Ensure systems, equipment, and operational processes function effectively before opening
  • Train new owners and staff on POS systems, printing equipment, finishing equipment, production workflows, and financial operations/reporting
  • Build owner confidence and operational capability during startup
  • Ensure centers follow corporate operational guidelines, brand standards, and safety requirements
  • Validate store layout, customer experience, merchandising, and production workflows
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions before opening
  • Deliver corporate training programs for new owners and operators
  • Provide field feedback to improve onboarding programs, training materials, and operational playbooks
  • Travel to support new center openings, typically spending 3–6 days on-site per location

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior new store opening and training experience in a franchise system
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% within the United States
  • Ability to work beyond traditional business hours when needed
  • Ability to lift and move 50–75+ lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on retail flooring for 8–10 hours per day
  • Ability to assist with equipment placement, merchandising setup, and store preparation
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems
  • Knowledge of cut-sheet and wide-format printing equipment
  • Knowledge of finishing equipment and production workflow
  • Knowledge of financial operations and reporting
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Ability and willingness to commute to the office in Lakewood, Colorado
