About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Directed Content stakeholders to lead projects and process initiatives aimed at improving operational performance
Provide healthcare-sector input and perform QA on new AlphaSense products and features with Engineering and Product teams
Perform QA reviews of expert transcripts, especially those conducted with the AI interviewer and third-party vendors
Identify and develop directed content streams for the AI-led interviewer with the Content Innovation and Strategy team
Highlight insightful healthcare ETL content for AlphaSense promotional activities and support other content initiatives
Gather, synthesize, and distribute customer feedback on healthcare ETL coverage to identify and implement improvements
Establish and maintain feedback loops with project teams to enhance future content quality and insight
Partner with Operations and Product teams to pilot and optimize AI-enabled tools that improve project throughput and QA precision
Report to the Director of Research, Healthcare

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in equity research at a sell-side bank, investment firm, hedge fund, research provider, or expert network
Alternatively, comparable healthcare industry experience such as biopharma or medtech strategy, competitive intelligence, business development, or healthcare consulting
Deep domain expertise in Healthcare, including key players, business models, and industry trends
Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and hit business targets
Original and independent thought with strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in an organization where information-sharing is critical
Intellectual curiosity and client orientation
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
