About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Network Development Manager in provider recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives across Altais’s Networks of Care
  • Identify prospective physicians and providers through research, lead-list maintenance, and outreach support
  • Coordinate initial communications and schedule meetings for the Network Development Manager
  • Coordinate documentation and track onboarding steps for new providers
  • Partner with credentialing and contracting teams to ensure timely completion of requirements
  • Maintain relationships with prospective and newly onboarded providers through follow-ups and basic inquiry response
  • Escalate issues to the Network Development Manager as needed
  • Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and outreach content
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, events, and presentations
  • Conduct basic market research and maintain provider outreach, recruitment pipeline, and network development tracking tools
  • Compile data and assist with leadership reporting
  • Maintain working knowledge of organizational services and provider offerings
  • Partner with marketing, physician relations, and operations teams on outreach campaigns, communications, and onboarding activities
  • Coordinate provider-facing events, mailings, and meetings
  • Participate in occasional local travel within the Bay Area for provider meetings, events, or onboarding activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, operations, coordination, or related field
  • Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments, provider networks, or managed care preferred
  • Experience working with physicians or provider offices in an administrative or support capacity preferred
  • Exposure to onboarding, credentialing, or provider operations processes preferred
  • Candidates must live in Northern California
  • External hires must pass a background check/drug screen
