About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement strategies to integrate new practices into Altais’s Networks of Care
  • Grow and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals and ensure availability of high-quality healthcare services
  • Identify and research prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Manage the full-cycle relationship from initiation through onboarding of new providers, including executing agreements and credentialing
  • Foster relationships with prospective physicians and providers through direct, in-person, regular contact and communication
  • Conduct service presentations and proposals in person, online, or through town halls
  • Conduct market research on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Altais services and offerings and communicate them effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing, physician relations, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Travel within the assigned market up to 75% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Provider Networking
  • 7+ years of Managed Care experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
  • Proven experience in sales, with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking in work approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates adaptability to meet needs of internal and external stakeholders and prospective physicians and providers
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in communication, outreach and informative materials
  • Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time within the region/assigned market
  • External hires must pass a background check/drug screen
