About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Human Resources priorities and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Deliver HR services including talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations for a designated line of business
  • Act as a business consultant and change agent aligning business objectives with employees and management
  • Serve as a hands-on HR representative to management on complex Human Resource-related issues
  • Assess and anticipate HR-related needs for the business unit and organization
  • Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services
  • Develop integrated and coordinated solutions with HR Business Partners in other business units
  • Maintain business literacy regarding business units’ financial position, strategic objectives, and culture
  • Communicate constantly between HR and Operations in this matrix position

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues, including multi-site responsibilities
  • Prior in-depth experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union-free relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
  • Relevant Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • PHR or SPHR certificate is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
