About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support internal business partners with the implementation of social media efforts
Maintain AltaMed location listings
Lead monitoring and responding to reviews on Google My Business, Yelp, Glassdoor, and other digital platforms
Use social media and online review platforms to inform and grow the audience
Assist with service recovery and promote services
Communicate with organizational leaders and community members to address patient/community concerns professionally and timely
Support AltaMed Health Services’ mission and strategic goals through impactful storytelling across all digital channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience required
Bilingual English/Spanish desirable
