About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build products extending governed workflows, datasets, and business logic into AI agents and LLMs
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for grounding LLMs in governed business logic
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and the CPO organization to benchmark and improve cost and speed advantages over standalone LLM usage
- Work directly with enterprise customers and analysts to quantify AI ROI
- Represent the AI product vision through analyst briefings, customer advisory boards, and public launches
- Champion the VURA framework as the standard for trustworthy AI
- Report to the SVP of Product
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in product management with meaningful experience leading AI, ML, or data-platform products at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
- Track record of building and defending an ROI or TCO narrative
- Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, and retrieval/grounding in production
- Experience shipping products integrating with third-party AI ecosystems such as MCP, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini
- Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, data science, sales, and analyst relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or technical graduate degree a plus
- Remote based on the West Coast, with a strong preference for Seattle
- Ability to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
