About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and selected Southwest U.S. markets
- Create and develop a client portfolio and build long-term, high-value customer relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and early technical discussions through contract negotiation and project follow-up
- Provide first-level technical support and identify appropriate solutions
- Act as a technical-commercial interface for customers
- Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Production teams in the U.S. and France
- Coordinate technical exchanges and ensure effective project follow-up
- Represent the company during customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Strengthen the company's commercial presence and accelerate business development across the region
- Report to the BU Manager – Southwest
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development
- Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical/electronic, electromechanical, aerospace, or related fields), or equivalent technical expertise through professional experience
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, connectivity solutions, or other high-technology industrial sectors ideally
- Experience selling engineered components, customized technical solutions, or products designed for harsh environments is advantageous
- Balanced technical and commercial profile
- Ability to engage in complex technical discussions while driving business development and negotiations
- Proactive, persistent, hands-on, autonomous, reliable, and results-oriented
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English required
- Based in Texas or willing to relocate
- Available for regular travel throughout the assigned territory
