Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and provision SAP landscapes and tenants
Support customer onboarding activities and environment setup
Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning and environment-related issues
Investigate, debug, and resolve technical incidents
Support engineering teams by removing operational bottlenecks
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
Support deployment automation and release management processes
Support platform operations across the SAP Procurement ecosystem
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with global teams across Brazil, India, and the United States

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
Experience working in cloud-based SAP environments
Knowledge of provisioning, tenant setup, and landscape management
Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines, and Jenkins
Experience with deployment automation and source code management
Previous background in software development, with an interest in DevOps and Platform Engineering
Strong experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging
Experience supporting production environments and resolving technical incidents
Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively in collaborative global environments
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Interest in automation, continuous improvement, and learning within the SAP ecosystem
Availability to support teams operating within US business hours
