About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate strategic SAP transformation initiatives with clients, SAP, partners, and technical teams.
Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and lead project governance.
Manage executive communication, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Track project schedules and ensure delivery of key project milestones.
Lead RISE with SAP, Cloud Onboarding, Cloud Migrations, Upgrades, Go-Lives, Mock Runs, and Cutovers in a global environment.
Lead the interface between the client, SAP, and partners.
Manage Cloud deliverables, Go-Lives, Cutovers, clients, and stakeholders.
Provide executive oversight of projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as an SAP Project Lead, SAP Project Manager, SAP Program Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager, or in an equivalent role.
Proven experience leading SAP projects involving RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud Migration, SAP Cloud Onboarding, SAP Upgrades, Go-Live Management, and Cutover Management.
Strong experience managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Experience working directly with clients, SAP, and implementation partners.
Experience in large-scale SAP enterprise environments.
Ability to lead executive meetings and communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Advanced to fluent English for participation in meetings and global interactions.
Availability to support critical Go-Live and Cutover periods when required.
Project management and client relationship-oriented mindset.
Experience delivering projects in direct partnership with SAP.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector.
Knowledge of SAP Web Dispatcher.
Understanding of Greenfield, Brownfield, and Cloud transformation concepts.
Knowledge of the SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) model.
Experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or SAP transformation programs.
Experience working on global projects and in multicultural environments.
