About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 中文打字速度流暢,能清楚表達複雜概念
- 有耐心、具同理心,情緒管理穩定
- 邏輯清晰,能從零散資訊中整理出結構
- 能配合夜間排班,包含週末或假日輪班
- 具備穩定網路環境與安靜的遠端工作空間
- 每週可投入 20 小時以上
- 有客服、門市銷售、服務業相關經驗（Strong Plus）
- 習慣使用 Slack、Asana 等協作工具（Strong Plus）
