Partner strategically with Engineering teams to define talent needs, hiring plans, and sourcing strategies
Own full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through candidate closing
Integrate AI-powered sourcing platforms and workflows to accelerate candidate research, outreach, and insights
Build domain knowledge across software engineering disciplines to assess technical talent
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while navigating equity conversations and startup growth dynamics
Track recruiting metrics, funnel performance, and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions
Bring technical talent to Ambient.ai's Engineering, Product, and Design teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering talent
Hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing platforms (Juicebox, SeekOut, or equivalent) and AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude
Full-cycle sourcing and closing of technical roles from entry-level to director across engineering disciplines
Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners across cultures and time zones
Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and curated platforms such as AngelList
Ability to craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview guides
Strong understanding of equity for venture-backed companies
Previous experience at a startup or high-growth environment
Highly organized and metrics-focused; comfortable building and presenting recruiting dashboards and pipeline reports
Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to advise and push back on hiring managers and drive cross-functional alignment
Ability to work in the Redwood City, CA office every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required to work in the United States
