About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage the creation of online medical CME courses and training programs across all specialties for physicians in German-speaking markets
- Contribute to the selection of suitable educational topics and formats
- Develop concepts and create didactically effective presentations of medical content
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned courses from project launch through publication
- Build strong working relationships and communicate closely with editorial, video production, design, marketing, and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in human medicine
- Native-level German
- Excellent English skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Organized, structured, and pragmatic approach to work
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Professional experience in a business environment is a plus
- Degree in economics or business administration is a plus
- 1–3 years of clinical experience is a plus
