About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and continuously improve demand forecasts using data, trends, and commercial inputs
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility to drive improvements
- Lead and contribute to an effective, insight-led S&OP process
- Provide scenarios, risks, and recommendations to support business decisions
- Support inventory optimisation and OTB planning with forward-looking insights
- Partner with D2C, B2B and Operations teams to improve inventory flow and availability
- Maintain strong data integrity across systems and planning tools
- Deliver clear reporting and translate data into actionable insights
- Report to the Demand Planning Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or a similar supply chain role
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP principles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP and planning systems
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Solid business and financial acumen
