About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead financial planning and analysis across ANZ operations
Define FP&A ways of working for ANZ
Act as a bridge between Accounting and FP&A, Enabling Functions and Brand Business Partners, and country and regional FP&A teams
Manage planning-cycle deliverables, timelines, and methodology
Deliver actionable insights to Supply Chain to drive operational efficiencies
Own monthly variance analysis for actuals versus forecast, budget, and prior year
Support month-end journal preparation, including I3PL calculations, outbound freight analysis, and reclassification journals
Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles in OneStream
Manage long-range strategic planning with regional and global teams
Partner with Brand Teams, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service on financial insights and cost analysis
Monitor performance KPIs, identify trends, and guide corrective action plans
Support financial governance, internal controls, and SOX compliance
Collaborate with Internal Control and Accounting teams on period-end close and compliance
Business partner with Enabling Functions on people, logistics, and IT costs, scenario analysis, and decision-making
Provide financial leadership on local, regional, and global strategic initiatives
Drive financial planning and performance analysis for cost control, efficiency, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong FP&A expertise with advanced modelling and analytical capability
Deep understanding of financial governance, risk, and SOX controls
CA or CPA qualified with tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior FP&A or similar leadership role
Experience in multi-channel environments (Retail, B2B, E-commerce) highly regarded
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with shared services structures
