About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Project Management Team with construction and implementation of energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable technology projects
  • Provide accurate and timely project status updates and communication to Project Managers
  • Attend and participate in weekly construction meetings at various project site locations
  • Organize and maintain project-related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence, including RFIs, submittals, and reports
  • Assist with issuing bid packages to vendors and subcontractors for pricing and delivery schedules
  • Prepare spreadsheets, analyze proposals, and conduct project review meetings
  • Collaborate with internal functions to prepare and maintain reports, presentations, documentation, and related project material
  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and regulatory safety standards, practices, and codes
  • Coordinate project installations with owners, vendors, and subcontractors onsite while providing technical support
  • Foster positive and effective business relationships with all parties
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related engineering discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Exposure to large scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits involving institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites
  • Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyst quantitative data and information
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project
  • Proficiency in Procore or other PM software
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 Enterprise
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Valid Driver's License issued by state of residence and in good standing is required
  • Ability to travel as required, potentially up to 50% depending on project needs
