About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the intake-to-kickoff process for assigned marketing and fundraising projects
  • Evaluate, tier, scope, and estimate project requests before production
  • Build project plans with tasks, milestones, dependencies, and work-back schedules in Monday.com
  • Participate in kickoff meetings and align cross-functional teams on scope, timelines, deliverables, and review milestones
  • Set up project architecture in Monday.com for workflow and financial tracking
  • Manage end-to-end project execution through workflows, quality checkpoints, review gates, and approvals
  • Track schedules, progress, risks, delays, project budgets, and hours
  • Flag scope creep and facilitate change-order processes
  • Coordinate resourcing needs and determine when external vendor support is required
  • Manage vendor estimates, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice reconciliation
  • Report project status and completion percentages to the Director, Marketing Operations & Program Management
  • Coordinate creative, digital, content, web, and strategy teams
  • Facilitate status meetings, internal reviews, and routing sessions
  • Ensure review, routing, and QA processes are followed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project questions and escalate risks and blockers
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and deliverable trackers
  • Develop and maintain project templates, estimates, and workflow documentation
  • Participate in post-project retrospectives and recommend process improvements
  • Assume Project Coordinator or other role responsibilities as needed for delivery continuity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations within a fast-paced in-house agency, agency, or marketing services environment
  • Non-profit or mission-driven organization experience preferred
  • Advanced to expert level experience with Monday.com
  • Strong proficiency in project management, scheduling, and resource tracking
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ
  • Identify with and participate in a Christian church and proactively seek to grow in Christian faith
  • Actively participate in organizational prayer, devotional times, and organization-wide events
  • Maintain exemplary Christian ethics, behavior, and conduct
  • Demonstrate Christian maturity and alignment with the vision, mission, and values of American Bible Society
  • Ability to support organizational biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints
  • Candidates must pass a background check
  • Employment is contingent upon satisfactory reference checks
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must sign and agree to uphold the ABS Affirmation of Biblical Community
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to travel occasionally to attend off-site meetings
