Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a clerical or technical support position, or a combination of substantial experience and education
  • Ability to gain, retain, comprehend, and transfer knowledge to other team members
  • Ability to actively listen to internal clients, assess information qualitatively and quantitatively, ask probing questions, and respond with solutions
  • Ability to support and facilitate business change
  • Understanding of key performance indicators and their significance to the business
  • Ability to identify efficiency and collaboration opportunities with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Accountability for responsibilities, commitments, actions, and behaviors; ability to use root cause analysis to improve performance
  • Dependable and consistent
  • Effective multi-tasker with proficient time management skills
  • Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System
  • Ability to perform physical activity including walking and climbing when visiting client sites
