Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Earned terminal degree in a field associated with the department (ESL/BL, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Literacy, Special Education)
  • Minimum of 3 peer-reviewed professional publications and presentations for Doctoral Teaching & Learning
  • 1+ year of experience teaching in a formal educational setting using traditional and non-traditional teaching formats
  • Higher education teaching experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing online/virtual professional relationships
  • Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors and expertise in the field
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Must support and embrace the College's Impact mission
  • Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload from the remote work location
  • Candidates cannot reside in Alaska, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, South Dakota, or Alabama
