About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email and SMS
  • Nurture prospective students, drive action, and stabilize conversion rates
  • Evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness metrics
  • Monitor lifecycle KPIs for applications, enrollments, and starts
  • Lead data-informed optimizations to improve lifecycle communications
  • Ensure consistent, brand-aligned lifecycle communications across platforms
  • Partner with others to ensure brand standards are followed
  • Develop testing strategies for personalized communications, targeted offers, and messaging
  • Enhance student retention and program participation
  • Build and maintain student satisfaction
  • Recognize and anticipate student needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively with department personnel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop creative and efficient solutions to complex, time-critical problems
  • Internet bandwidth of at least 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload from the remote work location
  • Must support and embrace the College’s Impact mission
  • Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, South Dakota, or Alabama cannot be considered
