About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter sales orders and follow up with shipping
Provide weekly spreadsheet updates to the Account Executive on open-order status and reporting
Receive Top-Of-Production samples from production and send them to retailers
Coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with retailer routing, packing, and sorting instructions
Manage available-to-sell lists and inventory
Coordinate meeting logistics, including setting up samples, gathering presentation materials, and organizing the showroom
Complete other business-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups
Experience working with a major retailer portal such as Walmart Retail Link, Kohls DSCO, or JCP Commerce Hub
Experience using a large ERP system such as A2000 or Infor M3
Excellent project management skills
Highly organized, dedicated, and process-driven team player with heavy attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload successfully, and execute projects with fast turnaround, under budget, and ahead of tight deadlines
