About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full financial accountability for the direct-to-consumer e-commerce business across North America and the UK
  • Manage the brand's largest marketing budget across paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, and emerging channels
  • Oversee localized e-commerce strategies for international growth
  • Oversee website architecture, site performance, UX/UI, site search, product taxonomy, and checkout flows
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage the digital technology stack, including e-commerce, PIM, OMS, search/merchandising, personalization, analytics, and third-party applications
  • Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and inventory planning teams to optimize product availability, fulfillment, and premium unboxing experiences
  • Define acquisition and retention strategies across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, affiliate, email, SMS, and direct mail
  • Partner with Creative and Social Media teams on a continuous pipeline of performance assets, copy, and video content
  • Partner with Merchandising and Product Design on seasonal collection launches, site takeovers, and digital campaigns
  • Lead customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention initiatives to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
  • Establish reporting dashboards for CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV, MER, bounce rates, and churn
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional digital team spanning site merchandising, performance marketing, CRM, and digital design
  • Partner with Retail and Wholesale leadership on product storytelling, pricing parity, and unified brand campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in DTC e-commerce and performance marketing within luxury, fashion, home decor, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Track record managing a $20M+ DTC P&L with proven ability to scale revenue profitably
  • Deep experience in the US market; international/UK e-commerce experience preferred
  • Deep operational knowledge of modern e-commerce platforms, including Shopify Plus and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with enterprise CRM/email platforms such as Klaviyo and Iterable
  • Experience with analytics suites such as GA4, Triple Whale, and Northbeam
  • Hands-on expertise managing multi-million dollar performance budgets across paid media, search, and retention channels
  • Strong visual sense and brand affinity; ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams while maintaining strict performance goals
  • Expertise in financial modeling, attribution, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Outstanding communication skills
