About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Diagnose and resolve supply technology issues involving platform configuration, functionality, and stability within established SLAs
  • Provide functional support to internal customers and business partners on booking failures, missing content, and other platform issues
  • Perform issue trending analysis and determine whether issues require code changes, process improvements, or partner action
  • Participate in bug triage and assign priority based on commercial and customer impact
  • Create knowledge base articles for internal and external support teams
  • Administer supply configurations and settings
  • Ensure client and Amex GBT negotiated data feeds integrate without interruption
  • Conduct regular supply settings reviews to optimize display and content availability
  • Maintain current functional and technical product knowledge
  • Map and document deployment processes
  • Gather data and analysis and create training requirements for new and existing countries
  • Collaborate with global teams to document and prioritize deployment issues
  • Provide technical support for successful rollouts
  • Assist the Platform Operations Manager with team processes, documentation, automation efficiencies, platform deployment procedures, and ongoing operational reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years Product Support in Travel
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting software issues in the travel industry
  • Required experience with Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan
  • Strong understanding of travel systems, processes, and e-commerce platforms (OTA/OBT)
  • Ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and solve complex issues systematically
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • API knowledge is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to interact effectively with non-technical and highly technical users
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in complex environments and remain calm under pressure
  • Curious, creative problem-solver with strong team collaboration skills
  • Preferably educated to university degree level
