About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate across Commercial teams and technology on lead workflow alignment and rollout
- Define workflows, logic, routing rules, and annual workflows with stakeholders
- Coordinate, test, and maintain commercial workflows across the Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle
- Document workflow logic and changes and keep the system source of truth current
- Build and coordinate lead workflow performance reporting to identify routing optimization opportunities and data quality gaps
- Support alignment with Marketing Science on funnel and performance metrics
- Support governance and operations projects led by the Governance & Planning Lead
- Centralize and unify roadmap inputs across teams to surface optimization opportunities
- Conduct research, data gathering, field audits, data validation checks, and cross-team follow-ups
- Flag blockers, dependencies, and open questions proactively
- Manage and continuously improve the Marketing Growth Ops & Tech intake process, focusing on automation and efficiency
- Identify manual steps to eliminate or streamline and implement process improvements
- Own process documentation, including SOPs, workflow guides, decision logs, and governance frameworks
- Build and maintain a structured, accessible knowledge base
- Support ROI tracking by consolidating data across tools and initiatives
- Contribute to the Marketing data dictionary by maintaining field definitions, data lineage, and taxonomy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate with 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Ops, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Comfortable working across a Marketing Tech stack, including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo, SFMC), and similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with lead workflow/routing tools (LeanData or similar)
- Strong documentation instinct; ability to keep documentation current and useful
- Process-oriented and proactive; able to identify and act on inefficiencies
- Clear written communicator in English
- Experience with project management tools (Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar)
- Familiarity with B2B demand generation and lifecycle concepts is a bonus
