  • Apply PMI standards and best practices for project planning and controls
  • Monitor initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with project and product managers on cross-functional process flows
  • Identify key focus areas and bring stakeholders together to deliver initiative goals
  • Translate commercial feedback and market insights into program-level opportunities
  • Share commercial insights with program teams and demonstrate value to clients and stakeholders
  • Connect commercial and product perspectives strategically

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of product or program management experience
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across various teams and time zones
  • Relevant professional qualification ideally such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMI, APM, or Prince 2
  • Ability to translate between commercial and product perspectives
  • Commercial, innovative, and creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Effective communication and cross-company collaboration skills
  • Ability to use storytelling and persuasion to align multiple perspectives
  • Critical understanding of business processes and ability to recommend improvements
  • Experience sponsoring workshops and knowledge sessions
  • Mastery of MS Project, Smartsheet, and MS Office applications for planning, reports, analysis, and presentations
