About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop production agentic AI systems operating on real financial data and serving real customers
Work with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to design, build, and ship AI-powered features
Write production code, contribute to system design discussions, and help operate systems after launch
Design and implement LLM-powered and agentic product features
Build and extend agentic AI workflows that reason over context, call tools, and perform actions
Implement and maintain retrieval-augmented generation pipelines over financial data
Contribute to shared AI infrastructure including LLM services, orchestration components, and evaluation or monitoring tooling
Monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and performance of AI systems in production
Collaborate with product and design partners to translate customer needs into technical solutions
Validate AI-assisted development outputs for security, reliability, correctness, and auditability

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of building data-driven products
Proficiency in Python specifically for ML/AI and/or Java
Hands-on experience with Airflow, MLFlow, and LLM engineering including RAG, fine-tuning, and AI agents
Experience with REST and gRPC APIs and services
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures, including Kafka
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline
Ability to operate with high autonomy, driving work from problem definition to delivery with minimal guidance
Ability to design scalable data platforms and evaluate processing trade-offs
Responsible, hands-on use of Claude and Codex for code generation, review, testing, and documentation
