About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support day-to-day execution of technology initiatives across Project Diamond and Customer Trust from planning through implementation
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, commitments, dependencies, and critical dates across teams and workstreams
Track work through delivery stages and maintain visibility of completed, remaining, and next-milestone work
Identify plan deviations, understand causes and delivery impacts, and drive follow-up with accountable owners
Coordinate cross-team activities to resolve blockers, close dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum
Support implementation readiness, including testing, approvals, sign-offs, deployment dependencies, contingency plans, and exit criteria
Support change management when scope, timing, dependencies, or assumptions change
Maintain visibility into risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions
Establish resolution paths, owners, deadlines, and escalation requirements for blockers
Identify upstream and downstream dependencies and assess delivery impact
Track open decisions and escalate material risks and issues with clear context
Drive actions and commitments through closure
Facilitate working sessions, checkpoints, and governance forums
Prepare concise status updates and maintain program-level reporting
Support Program Increment planning and closeout
Partner with Technology, Product, Business, and delivery teams on execution plans and dependencies
Participate in discussions involving APIs, integrations, data flows, environments, testing, deployment, and system dependencies
Translate technical discussions into business and delivery terms
Use AI-enabled tools for project tracking, meeting synthesis, reporting, risk/action management, documentation, and follow-through
Validate AI-generated outputs and identify automation opportunities for delivery-management activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience
Experience in technology delivery, program/project management, technology operations, or a related discipline
Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to track complex work, identify gaps or risks, and drive actions through completion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause, impact, and resolution-path analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing complex information into concise updates for different audiences and senior leaders
Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, testing environments, application dependencies, release management, and production implementation
Ability to work effectively across Technology, Product, and Business teams without relying solely on formal authority
High attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader program objectives and critical priorities
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans may change
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and AI-enabled tools
