About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead feature and user story definition sessions
- Identify product solutions for short-term tactical needs and long-term strategy
- Establish acceptance criteria and test strategy, and write user acceptance test cases
- Lead scope prioritization sessions and backlog grooming
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, business partners, and technology partners
- Support governance processes for assigned products
- Seek and apply product feedback
- Contribute to the scope of products and capabilities
- Build and implement innovative technology solutions for Global Risk & Compliance
- Own the vision and roadmap for capabilities, platforms, and modernization efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years Data Management and/or Product Owner experience in building and launching products
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information security, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant qualification
- Proven track record of Product lifecycle Management, with specific application of Scaled Agile delivery
- Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems
- Good understanding of iterative development and Agile principles
- Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and change
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on engaging, influencing, aligning, and encouraging partners and business partners across geographies
- Ability to understand sophisticated business problems and analyze complex data to provide simplified solutions
- Financial Crimes business experience and related solution acumen preferred
- Experience in Machine Learning model development and deployment into a production environment preferred
- Experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering concepts, GENAI production use cases, and governance activities preferred
- Experience working in low-code/no-code environments preferred
- Ability to evaluate product performance, define KPIs, and monitor outcomes preferred
- Experience evaluating data quality, performing data governance, or implementing reporting tools preferred
