About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, deliver and optimise integrated campaigns across paid, owned and social channels.
- Develop campaign strategies, messaging and creative that drive customer and commercial outcomes.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and creative development through approvals, production, implementation and optimisation.
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant and on-brand marketing.
- Build the Amex NZ brand through campaigns, content, social media and partnerships.
- Lead organic and paid social activity, including content, creators and ambassador programmes.
- Use customer insights, performance data, AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage campaign governance, budgets, quality assurance and compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign management, brand or digital marketing.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience working with agencies and managing creative development and production.
- Strong understanding of paid and organic social media and digital marketing.
- Creator, influencer, ambassador or partnership experience is advantageous.
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing or productivity tools is advantageous.
