About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to four B50+ VPs through calendar management, trip planning, and TEV submissions
  • Support other VP leaders on an ad hoc basis for critical activities
  • Coordinate tax information requests for tax returns and quarterly tax calculations
  • Manage income tax notices
  • Process, report, and reconcile income tax payments
  • Manage Amex tax return mailings and associated documentation
  • Report quarterly SOX inventory listings and ensure files are compliant
  • Manage tax residency certificates and tax transaction logs
  • Liaise with third-party service providers for annual report filings and Personal Property tax
  • Assist with entity tax classification applications
  • Manage the compliance tax calendar
  • Review and redistribute incoming tax electronic correspondence
  • Prepare onboarding documentation, including IRS Forms W-8, W-9, and tax residence certifications
  • Liaise with tax authorities regarding information-reporting notices
  • Obtain tax return transcripts and reconcile them against tax returns
  • Manage the legal entity tracker
  • Attend tax advisory meetings and take notes
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across Global Tax

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an evolving AI enabled environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality and accuracy
