About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end ownership of enterprise data assets used in business decisions for millions of customers and billions of transactions globally
- Develop subject matter expertise on internal and external data assets
- Act as custodian for data standardization, data governance, data quality, and data ownership while ensuring compliance and data security
- Build relationships, operate within large cross-functional teams, and influence business stakeholders to drive change
- Develop data management, data integration, and data quality processes using best-in-class technology
- Develop newer and better approaches using big data technologies
- Find innovative techniques to scale critical initiatives and enhance productivity
- Manage data products by partnering with Technology, Design, and End-Users to build new capabilities and modules and maintain existing assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve unstructured problems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
- Good Programming and Gen AI skills is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Cloud, SQL & Python are a plus
- Successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations
