About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the PLI and RLI processes for ICS Pay Over Time, including ongoing execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting.
Perform detailed analysis of PLI/RLI performance and key business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation.
Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of PLI/RLI strategies and initiatives with relevant partners and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and performance tracking to support business decisions and recommendations.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of business performance, customer behavior and the impact of changes to PLI/RLI strategies or processes.
Support testing, implementation and post-implementation monitoring of changes and enhancements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Partner with Product, Risk, Technologies, Operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives and resolve issues.
Ensure PLI/RLI activities follow established policies, procedures, controls and regulatory requirements, maintaining process and control documentation.
Identify emerging trends, issues or process gaps and communicate findings and recommendations.
Manage multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and translate analysis into meaningful business insights.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying, manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
Experience with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python or other analytical tools is a plus.
Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into analytical or technical requirements.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, controls and data integrity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deliver against timelines.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ownership and ability to independently investigate issues and identify solutions.
Experience in credit, lending, line management, Pay Over Time or related financial services products/processes is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
