About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in a flexible environment

  • Take inbound and outbound calls
  • Work closely with colleagues to assess and process fraud claims for card members
  • Support analytic teams by assessing current fraud trends and actively support the business in taking appropriate steps to keep card members safe
  • Support colleagues from other European markets during out-of-hours servicing
  • Department opening hours are 8am–6pm Monday to Friday

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Finnish and Swedish, both written and verbal
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Highly service orientated and possesses good spoken and written skills in English
  • Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Sweden is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions
  • Successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations
