About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of design, construction and refurbishment initiatives throughout the EMEA region
  • Provide inputs for the strategic plan
  • Independently manage assigned projects and initiatives implemented by vendor partner teams/consultants
  • Systematically collect and report routine and ad-hoc data
  • Support vendor partner relationships and oversee their performance
  • Lead and participate in scheduled meetings
  • Develop relationships with key partners and regional teams for seamless project execution
  • Support business procurement decisions with vendor partners and implement global strategies in EMEA workplace projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Students must have a graduation date in 2028
  • Commercial acumen, with strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team player.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and prioritize work activities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid business environment.
  • Interpersonal skills to work across a wide range of teams and build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to influence others with a collaborative, inclusive and engaging style; with a practical approach to delivering successful, collaborative outcomes to support evolving business needs.
  • Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United Kingdom is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
