About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assists in developing the business case for new products or features
  • Assists in researching regulatory developments and analyzing potential implications for existing products
  • Supports documentation of as-is product-management processes, product enhancements, key findings, and standard methodologies
  • Supports creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizes features, and establishes product-release timelines
  • Partners with the analytics team to provide input and prioritize analytics requests
  • Collaborates with Product, Technology, and adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure timely feature delivery using agile methodologies
  • Assists in identifying technical gaps and facilitating resolution of risks, opportunities, and changes tied to product-management initiatives and processes
  • Maintains core critical metrics
  • Conducts internal and external market research to understand competitive and internal product positioning
  • Uses analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve user experience
