About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure KYC/Legal Entity/Central KYC (CKYC) information is validated and submitted to RBI in accordance with RBI regulations/guidelines and in partnership with the AEBC Compliance team
- Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on transactional quality, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals
- Analyze risk on customer accounts and make sound decisions to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Deliver on metrics defined by the process
- Adhere to deliverable timelines to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Perform relevant system updates based on KYC information received from Card Members
- Conduct end-to-end review of account-specific KYC journeys for consumers and legal entities for appropriate actioning
- Review Card Member and Legal Entity documents and identify gaps
- Complete transactions agreed with customers/Legal Entities and adhere to timelines/deadlines
- Make outbound calls to follow up with Card Members for KYC completion
- Provide inbound voice servicing to assist Card Members with KYC inquiries
- Handle VKYC (Video KYC)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate with minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience
- Must be a team player, flexible, adaptable, and dependable; good interpersonal skills are required
- Able to prioritize and work well under pressure, with particular attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Compliant with Company Policies and Procedures
- Should have minimum 1 year experience of Inbound/Outbound/VKYC calling
- Ready to work between 8am-9pm, 7 days
- Preferred: Knowledge of excel, word and power point skill will be an added advantage
- Preferred: Good Presentation skills
- Employment is conditioned upon successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations
