About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support product launches, refreshes, and repricing
- Control, track, and monitor Premium Cardmembers’ responses to campaigns and events
- Manage event capacity and attendee lists
- Make outbound calls to confirm event attendance and obtain satisfaction feedback when needed
- Manage event waiting lists and make outbound calls when needed
- Support the organization of events for Premium Cardmembers
- Maintain web and app content across channels for Consumer and SBS Products
- Collaborate and align with Customer Service and Travel & Lifestyle teams to coordinate campaigns and events
- Support Dining programs for Cardmembers
- Support team projects as required
- Maintain updated product benchmarks and analyze competitors
- Control Marketing materials stock
- Support Product Marketing Team activities involving Amex Experiences App content, campaigns, events, and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current graduate students in Marketing or ADE
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, responsible, flexible, and willing to work and learn in a multinational company like American Express
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet, and proactively solve problems
- Good communication and relational skills
- Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide suggestions and recommendations for process improvement
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Proficient knowledge of Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to express yourself correctly on the phone
- Employment eligibility to work with American Express in France is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship
- Graduates must have completed the degree, be due to submit the final degree project, or have the final degree project plus a maximum of 9 ECTS
- Undergraduate students must have university agreement to commit to 35 hours per week
- Knowledge or experience in telephone and communication techniques is valued
